great found glow plugs but.....

Thanks for the info!! after checking continuity i think one of my relays is gone and not the plugs, i am gettin no reading from the tops of any of the plugs to the battery , does this make sense? i have the key in the ignition, as well my glow plug light does not come on any more , does that point to a specific problem?
 
Your doing it all wrong!
Disconnect the bar that connects all glow plugs and remove it and all other wires connected to the top of the plugs. You cannot have anything connected to the tops of the glow plugs. When you've done that, measure for continuity between the top tip of the plug and the head. You need to measure each one. If you have continuity the plug is good, no continuity then the plug is bad.
