I am up for a run. I will make it this time, although looking at the picks that x factor posted I think a tight pucker wouldnt have been enough for me. So I think for me since I have never visited a trail park before one with true stock trails would be great for me to start out on.

I have run SMORR several times now and they have plenty of trails for all levels of skill.
 
Glad to hear that several of you are looking to attend. I think this can become a bi-annual event if we get enough participation. It would be nice to have a true mid-states event for all of us Toy's to gather at!
 
ATTENTION Moj! Have you talked to anyone with the other clubs about aything we need to do for this event in Sept?
 
I need trail guides for the event. The park is doing a ton of the work for us so set is easy. I will have some smaller list as we get closer. The most important thing is just recruiting folk to come to the event. The Southern cruiser crawl has divided the participants and as of now I dont believe we are getting any TTORA folks even though the ar-ttora is a sponsoring club.

I haven't. If anyone wants to donate time etc...I'd suggest contacting RECKUT and request a task.

Outside of that...anyone want to make a group effort? Suggestions:

Gateway Cruisers cookout

Gateway Cruisers raffle prizes for kids

There has been some discussion offline about doing a pancake breakfast one morning. Would y'all be interested in doing that?

We are already planning on a kids raffle, we'll just need to send someone shopping on Saturday afternoon to pick things up based on the number of kids that are at the event.

This sounds great. Which morning are you thinking. Friday or Saturday? Which ever one you would have the most members at to help out. I can check around and see if I can find a big electric skillet or two. Trying to do this with small frying pans is difficult at best.

I was thinking Saturday morning since most folks will be there by then. I'll be bringing my electric skillet.

Don't worry about the electric skillets. I'll take care of all of the logistics. The menu will consist of hotcakes, scrambled eggs and sausage. BYOB. All I need is a number. Saturday would be fine.
 
Damnit!!! Now I have to make pancakes for breakfast tomorrow. :p
