I'm in the process of rebuilding of front axle knuckles and hubs in my LJ70. Recently I disconnected knuckle arm from tie rod end and during this operation I noticed that some grease leaked out of the tie rod end rubber boot.
Should I consider replacing the tie rod end or try to inject some MP grease inside to boot somehow? There is no grease fitting in the tie rod end. The boot looks intact and before disconnecting the knuckle arm connection seemed to be tight.

Looking for your advice! :)

If the Tie rod has excessive play, replace it. If not adding grease to it would be ok. Lifting the base of the boot to squirt grease can work. Autozone and other stores have a mini grease gun that works well.
