Grease for Steering Knuckle Reassemble

When it's time to reassemble the steering knuckle what kind of grease do y'all use?
And do you cram as much as can be crammed in there or is there another way to measure how much is used?

just whatever is on the shelf, and no you dont need to cram a ton in their. but if you do it wont hurt anything. just more messy when you have to get back in their.
