She probably just uses it to go to and from the church and grocery store ;p

Roads wash out there all the time and may not rebuilt for a long time. Landcruisers are just part of life there. :)
 
Could it be one of the banderette's (sp?) Drop down tailgate or1/2 doors, hatch, 70 style signal, vent windows on hard top, hood latches set back? (heinz 57 variety cruiser)
