Grandfather Spec 80 Series (1 Viewer)

G'day!

^ Clearly another aussie here! Been a proud 80 Series owner for about two years now having upgraded(?) from a 2006 Subaru Outback. Here's a little more about my build:

- 1997 40th Anniversary Edition
- Petrol with LPG
- 350,000K's

I've been slowly upgrading the vehicle over the last few months, but the greater part of my ownership getting to know and trust the vehicle with a fair bit of maintenance to keep it on the road for another ten years at least! I bought the vehicle off a couple of retirees who owned it for 15 years + hence the username 'Grandfather Spec'.

Here are the mods so far:

- 33 Km3's
- 2 Inch lift
- Rear draws

I'm currently working on the following installs:

- LED Headlights
- Winch bullbar
- Snorkel

And in the future I'm hoping to add the following:

- Rear locker
- Jerry Can holder (either fab'd onto the existing factory rear bar or on roof cage.

Gotta say, "grandfather spec" I expected to see a big sunshade bolted on over the top of the windscreen!

Sure! They are a simple plywood construction with extra high drawers. I just slide in plastic plano tubs rather than draws at this point.
