Playing in central Oregon in the ice, mud and snow last month while showing my niece how much fun the LC is. Luckily she had a camera to film this.
First video plowing through some goo then hitting a ridge of permfrost, ice and mud.

Next I decide to turn around and do it again but real slow. Front end drops down and body gets hung up on the permfrost with front wheels spining. No problem with the CDL on put traction to all wheels and pull myself out (no I do not have F/R independent lockers ) Well it's not locking!

Nerver used my winch so this would be a good time I think

It was a small fur tree and the angle was not the greatest but it worked!

Winch line back in and we are free!

In review, the things I did wrong (as a newbe it is good to share so others will learn).
Should have used my tree saver since I almost cut that tree in half and the line could have done some damage.
Forgot to put a tree branch or blanket in the middle of the line in case it broke.
Still cannot figure out why she would not lock. I later checked her out by jacking her up and wheels do not spin when locked but do when unlocked
So locker working fine now and if they worked in the mud I never would have gotten stuck to learned some valuable lessons.
In the big picture we had great fun, we got stuck and got free. Without that winch it would have ruined a great day indeed. Thank You Warn and my bumper form Slee!
And best of all it justifies needing a winch to my wife.
Enjoy
If anyone has any idea of why my lockers were not working please let me know. Something got wet? User error? I have a CDL switch and 7-pin mod.
