I bought another 80. It is not in the best shape, but it will give me something to tinker on. It is completely rust-free and the body is in good shape considering it's age and mileage. Im not sure if I am going to flip it or give it to my son when he turns 16 in September. I figured I would start a thread to document the progress.

Power washed all carpets with Simple Green and commercial carpet cleaner
Removed front dented bumper
TO DO:
baseline fluids
plugs/wires
radiator
coolant hoses including PHH
oil pump cover gasket
crank pulley seal
dizzy seal
window trim
SHOCKS
Fill in flare holes or install rear flares if I can find them in green at a good price
Replace leather on front seats and steering wheel
...and whatever else pops up while Im digging around.
