I'm talking about pushing the unions into the cylinder head.Press and clamp? I usually use a drop of Dial liquid hand soap to motivate the hose over the barb.

I would use some water pump/thermostat housing sealant on them.
Thank you.Usually press fit is good enough, however I'm going to use some locktite 638 retaining compound unless I thread those 2 ports for AN fittings. Still on the fence for my head.
