Maybe this should be in sales but since it is more 80 specific I thought I would drop it here.
These are better prices than CDan could give me and are the best prices I could find on axle bearings. Not sure what ya'll pay but I thought it would be worth posting.

Inners: #9036849084 Koyo $19.90
Outers: #9036845087 Koyo $15.67

From IPW here in Denver 303 825 2000

Hope it helps save you some $$$

I use BMA Autoparts for lots of my BMW stuff and sometimes they are good on aftermarket parts for the Yota. I just paid the following in Oct-05:

90368-49084 $14
90368-45087 $10

That's all four Koyo bearings for $48. Unfortunately, they don't have the kingpin bearings. Also bought Akebono ceramic front brake pads for $55

Shipping is really reasonable, or even free.

Ask for Patrick or Yves and tell them I sent you.

I used to buy stuff from Patrick at BMA for my (former) 525iT, I never though of getting parts for my Toyota there. Thanks for the tip!

Always nice to know a cheap source, but some of us are usually willing to pay a tad more for the great service and knowledge we have come to expect and appreciate from Cbizkit.

It's more than just the pennies going out of the pocket and includes the little wizdums that he inflicts our noggins with. :D

I can get them from my regular bearing suppliers a bit cheaper, but I know CDan's dogs have grown accustomed to expensive dog food.

Don't get me wrong, I too support CDan whenever possible and am a big fan of OE parts. This is just a case of "well, I am ordering all sorts of things for the 5er so I might as well get the 80-series wheelbearing from them too".

Oh, and scottm, BMA will definitely save you some coin on your 7-series and Audi, both! German cars are their real bread and butter. Be sure to call directly for their best prices, and they will do everything possible to have the best price on the German bits. On most Toyota factory parts, CDan is going to be better and the knowledge is certainly a big bonus.

I would not even pretend to offer the best price, or even close for that matter, on wheel bearings. I do not out-source any parts that I offer. They all come from Toyota, in Toyota packaging, and they get their cut. I say that IF you can buy OEM equivelant bearings for the price posted, buy all that you can possibly afford.........
