got my rig painted over Christmas and have decided to go without the flaps. Like the look of it. Full set of flaps front and back in pretty good looking condition compared to some other used ones Ive seen used. Mounting brackets are all in tact and show a bit of rust. Obvious years worth of road wear on inside of flaps. Outsides look smooth and logos look nice as well. Have them listed on ebay/craigslist for $200 for the set wo fastners. PM me if you have a different price in mind and I will see what I can do.
