just put the mock engine in the cruiser and I'm wondering what you think of the position I have it in. I have it offset to the left 1" and have 5" from the back of the intake manifold to the firewall. This is giving me about 3-4" between the waterpump tip and radiator. I'm sending my driveshafts in to get them resized when I decide where the engine in ending up.

    TIA, Chris

    noticed your signiture...
have you done the steering yet(didn't look like it from the pictures)? From what I understand, you want to get the steering in place and adjust the motor position accordingly- steering has to go where it has to go, but the engine can be moved.... I haven't done it yet, but Im doing a similar conversion. Good Luck!
