Gold and Silver Stars - Renewal

I got a notification that my star expired - FYI that the nav link provided for renewal gives an error:

where the that link appear? The characters at the end make no sense, and aren't in any of the phrases.

It was in the Alert that I got saying my Silver Star had expired.

I also just got the renewal notification alongside subscribed threads in the bell dropdown. I click on the "here" in "You may renew your account upgrades here." and am brought to a page that provides this error.
