We are headed out in the 60 early in the morning to look at this A-frame just down from Chama, New Mexico...

We really need a place to escape - The rez is all nice but...

    I know mega fixer/upper...

I am debating just buying 10 acres for the same price and building my own with garage space for the 40.

my $.02 - Why buy in the country if you only get one acre. I like the 10 acre crusier barn idea. I can see living in a loft over a shop.

Nice area. Just south of Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

    Well, we are off -

I like the 10 acre idea better too - we will see -

Hope to be up to Colorado soon!

Get my cooling issues done - then off we go!
