Going to look at an 80 tomorrow, please remind me what to look for

Hey guys, I haven't had an 80 in 5 or 6 years and I'm going to look at one tomorrow. If you don't mind, please jog my memory of what I need to be looking at. The guy has owned it for the last 5 years, it's a 93 and basically stock, the thing that got my attention is it's locked and it's priced right. It's got 300,000 miles on it but for the price I'm thinking it's worth a look. It won't be a DD, just a trail rider for me. All I need is 2 cruiser's getting 13 MPG but what the heck. I asked all the normal questions about PHH and the HG and he says no issues with either one. I pulled the VIN on the Toyota Owner site and there's not much history but I found the following. I've had 4 FJ80's but never had an issue with any of them except I had to have the seal replaced in the rear pinion on my last one.

Please tell me if you see something that I should be concerned about.

Is this the PHH? This one worries me some, wondering how long it was ran HOT

Well I'm still looking. Got to thinking about it and with 300,000 miles I feel like I can find something better and less miles for just a little more. I learned a long time ago, cheapest is not always the best choice.

If anyone spots a deal on an 80, please let me know. I want a 1993 - 1997 and want one with lockers. It can be bone stock, just need something solid to work with. The guy sent me some pics of the one I was gong to look at and it looked pretty rough. It was a 93, lockers, 300,000 miles but looked like it had a rough life, plus I was going to have to drive 3 hours to look at it. He was asking $3500 and said he would take $3000. Sounds cheap for a locked 80 but if I had to spend a ton of money to keep it going, not worth it. I need to find one of those grocery getters in good condition. I figure I may find something with less than 200,000 miles and in better condition for $3500 - $4500. It won't be my DD but still want something dependable.
