What have you guys done when hooking up fuel lines from a GM TBI (V8)? What connectors from back of TBI unit (threaded) to stock push on tank connections (78 FJ40).

TBI runs pretty low pressure....and requires a return line. NAPA sells a repair kit that you can use off the TBI itself then just use GOOD hose clamps to attach some rubber line to the stock tank. Tough part might be locating the fuel pump...

Toyota uses a return line too, that's what I used on my stock tank.

Thanks Woody, the guy's at NAPA can't seem to find the repair kit # you mentioned, you have that? Put a Holley electric pump high enough up on the right inside frame rail.
And Gumby u are right, that return line connection is the one I will use on the stock tank.
