1982 BJ40 Glow Plug Relay problem: Looking for some advice.
Hello everyone. My Glow plug light does not come on and I found that it is simply not connected, therefore my glow plugs do not get warm before starting.
There are two relays under the dash. One should be a glow plug relay and one a starter relay ( I believe ).
My glow plug light connector is hanging and not connected to anything and there is no where to connect it to that I can find (?).
When I test both relays, both will start the truck when I apply power to the connector. I think it is strange that I can do that with both relays. They should not both be starter relays.
Any suggestions on where I should plug in my glow plug cable or what is happening here?
