Hi,
I assume this is the Glow Plug Relay? Just noticed it completely rusted through although the plugs seem to be working, no issue starting, glow goes out within 5 seconds.
Its located just behind the headlight (84 RHD BJ42)

Any advice on where I can get one?

Many thanks?

Thanks for that, you were right, don't like the price!!!

Will shop around, thank you for the heads up.

I can see plenty for sale online, they are all 12 v and same part number. I notice that they all have two grey connectors as opposed to mine which has a grey and blue connector (Australian ) Also note that second hand from Aus have the blue and grey connector.
Is there a difference although its the same parts number?
Thank you

Thats the one, its for sale , right? What year is it from?

How important is it to you to have the stock relay set up? It wouldn't be too hard to rig a generic relay to work with your ignition switch.

Thanks John.
The glow plugs seem to be working fine, no issue with cold start, less than 6 seconds on glow. However, it looks in pretty shape and could fail sooner than later?
Will see what happens with replacement and take it from there.
Thank you

I guess what I'm getting at is you could replace the rusty original relay with a generic relay that ties your ignition "GLOW" position right to the plugs. I have a an FJ40 ignition so I tied mine to the "ON" key position with a momentary switch on the dash ... but it would be simpler (and still appear factory) for yours.

Just something to think about, it'd be about 20 bucks not 200 ;)

Thanks John,

Will get back to you on that which is a sound option.
