Getting an 85 FJ40 California smog compliant (1 Viewer)

Might be easier and cheaper to buy a pre '76 frame and mount everything to that...

I dealt with the smog issue on my '77 FJ40. That was a headache. It's now registered at our cabin in Lake County where smogs are not required.
