Short question: Can a regular auto relay be switched by a flasher? Will it hold up or suffer short life?
For context, on my 1st Gen 4Runner, I wanted to get amber, LED fogs set up as DRL's and then have the stock signal wire switch a relay from on to off. This way the DLR would be on all the time until it got switched power from the flasher.
