Looking for a GX470 to get my family (wife/daughter) out into the 'wild' more often. <$10k. Willing to travel probably ~100 mile radius. New here but can provide feedback / other personal info to validate who I am.

I will want to probably do a 2"-3" lift, some new wheels (thinking Method 701), larger tires, UCA, roof rack, tent, etc.. with this, so anything done already like that would be great.

Would like

• Maintenance up to date with records. (Shop/Part Receipts, CarFax, AutoCheck, etc.).
  • Seriously, taking my family out in this, don't want to get stranded with two girls in the middle of nowhere
• Less than 220k miles
• Limited Rust.
• Mechanically sound. (No powertrain issues or electrical problems).
• Recent timing belt / water pump replacement
• Limited Paint issues

Nice to have

• 2005 through 2009 preferred
• Navigation / camera
• Good condition tires with 50% tread left.
• Non torn seats

Dont Need

• 3rd row seats
• Specific color / interior

I have a silver 2012 that I am thinking about selling. I bought it from my father n law who is 70+ , it only has 116k miles. Just added KO2’s, rails and Yakima warrior basket on it. No lift and it’s never been in the mud. It’s in outstanding condition. Seats/NAV- certainly no rust..
