hey guys, i need new gear shift boot's for both gearstick's in my bj40. I can't find any on ebay...not ebay australia anyway. Any idea if you can use one's off other cars/models? cheers

t/case boot is a bit harder...

Dare I say it....My shifter boot is from a H##P, I dont remember what one but its atleast 8 years old, Could be a CJ.

Vetesse_6 aren't you worried that parts from a H##P might upset the natural balance of all the Toyota parts assembled on your truck?

my gearshift one is from a 1985 honda civic hatchback 5spd, reused the toyota retainer ring, looks like it is supposed to be this way.
