Gas tank sending unit (1 Viewer)

I finally got all the guages working on my 55 but I think my fuel sending unit is screwed up. Has anyone used the Autometer universal sending unit? Does anyone know if the unit is still available from Toyota?
Pictures soon as I get the door panels fabricated.

I don't think the universal unit will allow your guage to read correctly. Check the ohm output at full and empty verse a FSM. It can be made to work in the tank. I fit one to my 40 but it will be connected to a autometer guage. I used the toyota block off plate and attached the autometer sending unit to it.
