so what should my plugs be gapped at.............67 with a f motor, im runnin champions are they the best ones to run?

60s F manual sez .8 - .9mm or .031 - .035 inches.

That is what I gap plugs running normal ignition at, .032.

Good luck!

.032 on ngk bpr5ey's . I put bosch w8dc's in it last week and it ran terrible until I finally figured out it was the plugs and not the points and condensor I changed at the same time.

I think I've got NGK's in there now (64 F) and with an Accel Super Coil, I've got them out to .040 and haven't noticed any problems but it does seem to start a bit easier.

If I had the time, I would like to do some experimenting to see how big I can go with that coil. I suspect I would be ok to at least .045 or .050".

i'm using NGK at .032 all stock under the hood.

NGKs here, too. Both my trucks came with others (AC, Champion) and definitely run better with NGKs.

The Toyota factory F engine repair manual says .7-.8mm (.028-.031")
