I am selling an OEM Toyota "USED" stock size sector shaft and a "NEW" stock size pitman arm for the FZJ80. The used stock size sector shaft is in good condition; and well... the pitman arm is brand new from Toyota.
The sector shaft shows some discoloration, however all bearing surfaces are smooth.
Having just rebuilt my steering box. I can say replacing a broken sector shaft (trail fix) is not a hard job. Just remove the 4 bolts around the steering adjuster nut and your almost done. The hardest part of a trail fix is trying to remove the pitman arm from the sector shaft. If your sector shaft is broken, that part of the job is already done. Note: A trail fix replacement would be very messy, there is about a quart of power steering fluid (lines, fluid reservoir, steering box)
Asking $200.00 for both items. Plus shipping.
