FzJ80 rattling in front end (1 Viewer)

Check for loose bumper mounting bolts. I would have to snug the bolts periodically....until I got my ARB anyway

Check the swaybar mounts.
You lifted with OME? I get a rattle from the shock "sleeves" cause of axle movement as a result of lift. Happens off road moslty-
If not lifted I'd go with whats said above.

Brake pedal "shimmies" which feels/sounds like a front end issue on certain bumps. Let your foot rest gently against one side of it over bumps and you'll feel it trying to shimmy.
Also, the axle stubs will produce a deeper rattling sound as they bounce inside the spindle bushings - more so if they're dry. I can hear mine all the time even when they're greased, but I know what to listen for.

as stated above, but more specifically check the plastic corner pieces on the from bumper. the mounting points on those are real weak.
