Mine has also come loose on the driver's side. I can't figure out how to remove it. Has anyone got an idea how to pop this out. Just wondering if I have to remove the interior trim to access some bolts or something. Thanks

Interior panel has to be removed to access the nut(8mm if I remember right). Plastic tab in middle and top section of louver(slides in). But the hardest part is removing a good louver without breaking the tabs that are part of the louver mold. I use a credit card and patience. I've removed many and I'd say 50% of them break and that's after u know the tricks. Super brittle.
