Anyone ever tried this? I have an opportunity to get a brake booster from a FZJ80 and am wondering if anyone has tried to do this? I know people have done the mini truck stuff. I'll be taking a look at Mark's 80 and see how the mounting is and if its plausible. I am already going to convert to a FZJ80 master cylinder.

Tried searching and looked through the FAQ and found nothing.

I'm interested to know as well. I also have a shot at getting a FZJ80 BB/MC.

So.... did it just bolt in or did you have to mess around with the push rod or anything?

you should expect to mess around with the push rod regardless what booster you use. even swapping boosters for a different one of the same vintage, i had to adjust mine to get it right.
