Fuse box on ‘82 question (1 Viewer)

have a question on the fuse box on an ‘82 40...

the small/short one seems to be for the radio, but the top right clip is broken. Can those clips be replaced?

and the PO had the radio wires clipped into one of the fuses - is that the right set up? Seems odd. I went ahead and took it out because the radio kept going on and off. (It’s the red wire off to the side)
