I had to buy a fuse block cover awhile back, and thought it would fun simple test project for 3D printing. Works pretty well as a replacement, I had to just slightly sand the edges of the clips. It matches the original's dimensions, but the material wasn't as flexible. I had removed the gaps in the sides, so maybe that also made the print more rigid. Perhaps someone can find this useful. I don't think it will be worth doing unless you have a printer at home, unless 3D printing prices come down. Enjoy.

Good job mate. I dont own or have any knowledge on 3d printers but that looks like a handy thing! Painted black it would be great.
