I replaced my 88 4runner EFI gas tank with a brand new one, but kept the same hoses, wires, and pump. I've filled up the tank, however the engine will crank, and it doesn't start. The fuel gauge doesn't move nor does the gas pedal feel any different when I go to start it.
Any help is highly appreciated!

Did you plug the pump back in?
An easy check to see if fuel is making it to the fuel rail is to crank the engine and loosen the cold start injector (for the 22re) if you have gas, the fuel pump is working.

Instead of spraying gas all over the place, just take a paper clip and jumper across the Fp and B+ pins in the diagnostic connector and turn the key on. Listen at the tank and at the engine for fuel hissing through the fuel rail.

Not sure why you think the gas pedal should feel any different...
