Have a custom fuel tank using stock OEM sending unto and beather. My question is does the breather go to the VSV under the intake or the charcoal canister. I looked in the FSM but it was not clear.

On a stock 80 with main tank + subtank, the breather for each tank goes to the dual neck filler. The job of the filler cap is to deal with any issues created by the two breathers.

I assume (?) you are adding a subtank to your existing single main tank setup. If so, do you have the dual neck filler?

cheers,
george.

No , just a custom tank replacing the only tank. Any idea where the breather routes too? Both the breather and sender are OEM

There should be a 'big' breather and that goes to the filler. Filler has a big pipe for fuel and a smaller pipe as the breather.

There would be a 'little' breather that goes to the charcoal canister (pretty sure).

The FSM should have all the details.

cheers,
george.
