Fuel Shut Off

I know there was a post from Wayne (I think) about shutting off fuel when doing a compression test on a 2H. Can someone point me to the article please?

I've got the manual as well bigbrowndog but I remember reading a post about shutting off the fuel while doing a compression test. That is the info I'm looking for.
