It looks like the original Part No.: 83361-20020 is NLA. City Racer is out of stock.
I read a post where it was suggested that Dorman 579-014 would work but the Poster had a 1980. Amazon product ASIN B002D6HTQ2
Does anyone have a good recommendation?

Not hard to make your own, just need the right gasket material from a local parts store.

83361-20020 is definitely not discontinued. It merely supersedes to 83361-20030 which is quite readily available for less than $4 anywhere.
