So whenever I turn my key to the on position with the engine off to roll up the windows or listen to music I can hear my fuel pump running until I turn the key back to the acc position. The truck doesn't have any starting issues or anything but I don't think the fuel pump should keep running like that. I tried searching but I couldn't find anything on this issue. Could it be a bad circuit opening relay? If so how would I test it?
