Hi Guys, anyone can confirm this part number?

Please chime in but according to my research, this helps with managing the rpm when the AC is on, I saw it engage and disengage automatically on another 1HZ and I don’t have it, so naturally I want it. hahaha

This is the closest match I found online 88031-36100 but it doesn't look the same.

The 1HZ has been in production for 30 years, its bound to have had upgrades in that time. The part number is for a Toyota Coaster, it will probably work, no guarantees.
