Vehicle is 89 4x4 22re 240 000km 31 inch tires. currently getting about 450km on 65 litres. I know that is bad, just wondering what others are getting.

I run the vehicle easy, shift at 2600rpm and don't floor it.

I got 20-22 fwy with the 81 mini 22r
didn't have the 85 long enought to check,
94 4runner 22re, got about 22-25 fwy
95 t100, 3.4L 20 fwy
69 pig, 7 around town(doesn't like the fwys)
93 LC, 18 on fwy(wife driving)

91 4runner 3.0 about the same(haven't figured it since tuneup.

Change out o2 sensor. You are probably running rich-constantly
