Fuel Filter Suggestions

Hey all!

I posted a thread looking for a 1HZ fuel pump in the classifieds. if anyone has a setup or sale please let me know.

You can get Delphi and Racor units on Ebay with a heating element too. 24v also

This would work and there are heated versions too.

You should be able to use anything off a diesel of similar cc. The thing to look for is cheap ,easily replaceable filters. I would get a Delphi 296 for starters and maybe add a factory pre filter later.
You must have some kind of diesel specialist shop that has a range of filtration options where you are?

I bought one of these for my Hilux from this same seller. The one I bought has a steel sedimenter bowl instead of the glass one. I mounted it on the frame rail near the tank. The heater works well with a rotary injection pump like the 1HZ because it constantly circulates fuel back to the tank. I built a thermostat circuit for it so the heater shuts down when the fuel entering the pump is >78F.
