Hey guys,
I installed a new fuel filter (OEM), with the new copper washers and it squirting gas like crazy on the "Out" side of the filter.
I've tried using the "In" bolt on the "out", same issue.
I've tried new washers, double washer.
I've tried to twist the gasoline hose that goes to the engine 180 degrees, same issue.
I've tried the old fuel filter, same issue.
Its for sure not under torqued...
Maybe I over torqued it causing the walls of the fuel hose going to the engine to dent in?
I've had this before with an OEM that I purchased from CDAN, but after putting the old filter back, it worked like it should.
And the replacement he send worked great.
looking forward to your thoughts,
Thanks
