I need a new fuel filter for my truck as I have started to run biodiesel and they say after the first few tanks of fuel you should change the filter because it can get plugged up with all the crap that biodiesel will loosen up in your tank.

I know of two places locally (small RHD car dealerships) that ask a small fortune for them $40 - $50.00 Canadian! OUCH!!!

The part number as far as I know is 23303-???

My question is are there any known crossovers for this filter? Does toyota carry them here in Canada? Were they ever on any north american toyota engines?

Any help woul dbe appreciuated as I hate getting raped by these little speciality stores.

Thanks in advance!

Clint

$40 - $50 is not a small fortune, the Nissan ones can cost more.

Fram PS4922 should fit - Lordco's list price is $94.99, though you might be able to pick it up for about half that.

The Napa number is NGF 3138 and lists at $98.59, though you might be able get one for $65 if you ask nicely.

50.00 is a small fortune to me. I have no money these days and thats no joke.

Anyway I found a Luberfiner at Alder Auto Parts in Langley for $30.00
