Please for give my ignorance on this and future line(s) of questioning, this whole 100 series is new to me... always been a GM guy(until I bought my LS430) My question is parts compatibility of parts with Land Cruiser/LX470. Specifically for the application of the front wheel bearings, are they the same?
Also would you guys buy KOYO vs Timken. Thanx in advance.
BTW, this is a great forum thanx for having on board(no pun intended).

Land Cruiser and LX wheel bearings are identical. Koyo is better than everything else.

Fwiw- USA made Timken is OES to Toyota (along with Koyo)- and 100’s also came from the factory with Timken installed.

I’d be hard pressed to say one was perceptibly better than the other- both are very good.

Timken is the OEM supplied inner/large wheel bearing in front, koyo hi-cap is the OEM supplied for the outer/smaller bearing.

I just bought a new OEM hub from IMPEX to fix the Wilde Lexus Sarasota technician dirtbag hack job that last did the wheel bearing service and that is what was included bearing-wise and matches my previous observations from the assembly line.
