Front suspension pop and clunk

I'm getting a similar sound. I'm about to replace the front sway arm bushings and inspect the links. Did you replace just the steering rack bushings or the whole steering rack? What was the cost for you?
My front pop/clunk turned out to be a loose UCA camber adjust nut (rear). Couldn’t replicate or locate anything untoward with wheels off the ground and checking all the usual suspects, but with wheels on the ground and a good push pull on the tire at 12 o’clock it was embarrassingly bloody obvious. Retorqued and GTG, no more thunk/clunk/pop with suspension articulation or hard low speed turns. I don’t think the alignment guys put a lot of effort in to ensuring these nuts are torqued properly.

My clunking/rattle sound started immediately after installing an Ironman 4x4 lift with the foam shocks. This last weekend I removed both foam shocks and put the old OEM shocks back on and the sound issue is completely resolved. Now I need to figure out why the shocks make noise. I'm sending emails to metaltech, US supplier and Ironman today.

Did you ever resolve this issue? Experiencing the same with iron man kit.

I have the same scenario (ish) after my FCP install. what was your insight gained?

Check and confirm the control arm bolts at the top are tight. Not sure how mine came loose but it made a knock/pop sound.

I re-lubed, my front drive shaft, and majority of the clunk is gone. Still some clunks on big potholes or rutted roads. But WAY better. I am going to retorque suspension and I'll give the ucas a look.

Any chance that the bushing is slightly too large for the top/bottom bolts?

The top rubber bushing on the shocks? They are relatively similar size to my OME that I had on there. The torque spec on them per ironmans website is until the bushing bulges out slightly so I don;t think I torqued them tight enough.

I'm having a similar issue. Did torquing the nut solve your problem?
