Front seat rail slop (1 Viewer)

I swear I saw a post about this somewhere, but can't for the life of me find it. Both of my front seat rails/tracks have play in them. The passenger one clunks around when no one is sitting in it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks, looking for a soulution or fix before replacing the rails.

Take a 14mm socket, take 4 bolts out, remove seat and look at it. Then fix it
