Most likely just a lack of exercise gumming up the internal switch in the TC that lets the truck's electronics know it's in low range. The switch looks like a steel rod which springs in and out. I took mine out and thumped it up and down a few times, fired some cleaner in it, blew on it, rapped it on the workbench and put it back in.

I have the Transfer in Low and still not getting any lights on the dash, I can feel that its on low when I drive it the motor grunts.

If you can feel the difference with the transfer case in low, jumping the wiring harness to the center diff lock should have worked. Did you get the correct harness? It's the one on the front PS of the transfer case, not back on the rear where you see two wiring harnesses.
