You need hardware as well. I ordered mine from Dan and he's misinformed with respect to the hardware required. Nothing substantial, just a few of screws and bolts, but it's annoying how my local dealer makes it a point to carry as little inventory as possible. Great business...better to inconvenience the customer than stock the most common screw used in Toyota line-up.

How much are the flaps?

I think about $70 included the flaps and the support brackets. Add another six or eight bucks for Toyota screws.
