Front lower shock mount? (1 Viewer)

On a '83 FJ 60 is the lower front sock mount part of the bracket that holds the leaf to the axle or is it a separate bolt? The front half (part that the shock eye goes through) is missing but the rest of it looks like is still attached to the bracket.

It's part of the spring plate, not a separate bolt.
