Well I've ordered some new leaf springs from cruiser corps and bushings, shackles and pins too. The PO installed a 2" OME lift kit some years ago and the passenger side front spring is warped and is now chewing up the shackle bushings. After taking some precise measurements I believe I've found the issue. The rear shackles seem to have been replaced with the lift kit and measure 6" shackle pin to pin. The front shackles measure 3.5" pin to pin. From every thing I've read the front should be only about 1" shorter than the rear pin to pin. So I ordered 5" shackles for the front and we'll see what happens
