Does anybody know of anbody in pa that can cut and turn the steering knuckles on my fj40, I'm doing a spring over and don't want to have someone do it that has no idea what there doing. I wish I lived in ca and it would be easy. Thanks

Yes
We cut and rotate knuckles on 40's and 60's. Its best to have the truck to set it to its springs and trans location.
