SOR says discontinued and I haven't been able to find them anywhere. I guess not a big deal, I could use something else as a pad between the bracket and the fender sheet metal.

Try a place like Ace Hardware for 'feet' or 'bumpers' like those in your photo.

Harbor Freight has a "storehouse" package of Nitrile/NBNR grommets that might work--I think ~ $8 for the whole pkg--like 15 different sizes
