Front End Alignment 2001 Runner (1 Viewer)

I have a 2001 4Runner that I recently purchased and the previous owener put a 3" body lift on the truck and although she drives great the front end alignment is messed up. The wheels have a toe in look and the outside of the tires is getting worn. So my question to you is that, did the body lift cause the toe in or am i missing something? See attached pic,

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Bl cannot cause alignment issues.
Take it somewhere.
